About the Guide

The Shaoguan Guide has been created to help those either living in or thinking about visiting Shaoguan.  A simple Google search in English will show a lack of English language content about the city.  Other cities in Guangdong such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Zhuhai have stronger English language communities and consequently have a greater Internet presence. 

The guide will be compiled from the research and writing of a group of hardworking English Majors at Shaoguan University.  It will provide them an opportunity to create a useful resource and practice their English at the same time.  Content in this site will start appearing from early October. 2010.  Make sure to Bookmark us!
